We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. I knew straight away that we had once again picked a winner for running this project. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. After we both tweaked it a little, and my wife and I approved it, our house was then put on the market. It looked good! At lightning speed, the house sold in about 23 days. Full price, cash offer!
