In this last case, he sold our house on Christian Drive (Upper Miller Creek) with the speed and ease of a Super Man. We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. I knew straight away that we had once again picked a winner for running this project. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. After we both tweaked it a little, and my wife and I approved it, our house was then put on the market. It looked good! At lightning speed, the house sold in about 23 days. Full price, cash offer! Our house had been presented so well, and so professionally. Throughout this whole process, Michael and his team kept us informed every step of the way. So I Googled them, discovered they were very highly rated throughout the USA and internationally. They looked very impressive. I didn’t know Ashley at all, but I liked her style and personality. So I took a chance on her and KW, because I felt I could trust them, hoping for the best. Boy, was I pleased.
