We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. Ashley and Mike Hyde put the lot on the market, at a price I thought was WAY too high, and within one day we had 7 offers. The bidding war was on. With my input, we all decided on a winner, and the lot sold within 2 days, at a price much higher than listed. I found a contractor and paid to have the lot cleared of 2 vacant houses, 2 dilapidated storage sheds, 5 old vehicles, and a lot of junk / debris throughout.
