We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy.
